Selection Process and Key Dates


Eligible Firms and their Rights

Nomination

Eligibility
An eligible firm can be any one of the below:
- FIT 2017 Sponsor or Supporter
- FIT 2018 Sponsor or Supporter, confirmed by May 16th
- An active member firm of FIT 2017 Organising Committee Meeting (OCM)
- An active member firm of FIT 2018 OCM
Rights
Eligible Firms can nominate up to four organisations. (In principle, up to two votes per cause category)

Voting

Eligibility
An eligible firm can be any one of the below:
- FIT 2018 Sponsors or Supporters, confirmed by August 17th
Rights
Each Eligible Firm can cast eight votes (one vote per organisation)

Donation Amount
The total donations received will be evenly distributed among the selected Beneficiary Organisations after deducting expenses.
Note that number of beneficiaries may be adjusted depending on the anticipated scale of the event. Further announcements will be made by the OCM if this is necessary.

Remarks
① Early submissions are highly recommended, as it allows firms more time for the Due Diligence & Applications process.
② Please note that Due Diligence Form(attached to an email dated May 15th )is required to be completed after nominating the organisations.

  • This information has been communicated to eligible firms via an email dated May 15th, 2018. If your firm is eligible to participate in the nomination and voting process, but have not received the email, please contact us at sponsorship@fitforcharity.org or charity@fitforcharity.org.
  • Please note that depending on the nature of the inquiry it may take us some time to respond, and in some cases we may not be able to answer inquiries from firms that are not eligible to participate in the nomination and voting process.
  • If you would like to register your firm as a Sponsor or Supporter after May 17th, 2018, and would like to participate in the nomination and voting process, please contact us at sponsorship@fitforcharity.org or charity@fitforcharity.org.
  • Answers to frequently asked questions are provided in the FAQ section. Please make sure to review the information before sending an email, as we may not respond to inquiries regarding information provided on the website.
