Selection Process and Key Dates

Eligible Firms and their Rights

Nomination

Eligibility
An eligible firm can be any one of the below:
- FIT 2020 Sponsor
- FIT 2021 Sponsor, confirmed by June 11
- An active member firm of FIT 2020 Organising Committee Meeting (OCM)
- An active member firm of FIT 2021 OCM
Rights
Eligible Firms can nominate up to two organisations.

Voting

Eligibility
An eligible firm can be any one of the below:
- FIT 2021 Sponsors, confirmed by August 20
Rights
Up to 6 votes (one vote per beneficiary organisation)

Beneficiary Organisations

# of Beneficiary Organisations
Number of beneficiaries will be announced depending on the anticipated scale of the event. Further announcements will be made by the OCM
Donation Amount
The total donations received will be evenly distributed among the selected Beneficiary Organisations after deducting expenses.
